Knapp, an MVP Black Belt Consultant, has over 20 years experience in the collision repair business. Knapp began his collision repair career in high school, working as a technician and later as a manager, while attending high school and college. For the past 15 years, David has been a collision industry consultant and trainer, working with progressive-minded shop owners throughout North America. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Public Relations as well as an MBA from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.

From my perspective
Collision repairers must learn how to “prove” what makes their business unique and better than the competition. Anyone can “say” they do excellent work or that they provide the best service. Proof is the key. If you can prove that your business outperforms the competition in throughput, service and quality, there will exist an extremely powerful message for marketing and growing your business with insurers and consumers alike.
